Pilates method was originally named ‘Contrology’, which underline one of the six main principles of this method and that is one of the muscle control. There are also breathing, centering, concentration, flow and precision. Following this principles faithfully while practicing, Pilates yields numerous benefits. From experiencing body awareness, increasing lung capacity, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance, to empowering practitioner’s stability and quality of movement which spills over all the other areas of one’s life.

Mat based classic Pilates exercises are enriched with variety of body controlling, strengthening and stretching movements to make this contemporary style attainable, safe and effective.

This class is beginner friendly, but also suitable for existing practitioners who want to improve and deepen their practice.
