In Tone Zone you will be guided through various exercises designed to reshape your muscles, tone you up and build up your stamina and endurance. With easy to follow instructions, exercises are performed using your own body weight as resistance, but also small dumbbells, resistance bands and other small pieces of equipment for additional challenges. Tone Zone is the everlasting way to well shaped and lean muscles with minimal stress placed on the knees, hips, ankles and back. Intensity is low to moderate, which makes this workout accessible to all who wants to put less overall strain on the body while still improving cardiovascular health and increasing muscular strength.
