Yogalates is a fusion practice where ’East meets West’, meaning integration of the ancient Indian practice of Yoga with the Western practice of Pilates. This class combines focus on breath awareness, mind-body connection, flexibility and balance with techniques for improved posture, strength and enhanced quality of movement. Yogalates has very strong focus on alignment and is particularly effective for strengthening the core and abdominal muscles. In this class you will be also guided through breathing exercises and relaxations.

Designed for every fitness level and ability, from individuals without any prior Yoga or Pilates experience to improvers who would like a detailed refreshener class. The use of simple yet powerful exercises teaches how to begin with a practice as well how to most effectively use the body in a daily life. Yogalates builds practitioner's confidence and can be a beautiful tool to prepare students for more experienced level of classes or be a practice for a lifetime.
